Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Cleaning Services professionals to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment within our distribution and storage facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas of the warehouse meet high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, supporting overall facility operations. Your proactive approach and commitment to safety will help create a productive workspace that promotes health, safety, and efficiency for all team members. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks across the warehouse including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to maintain a hygienic environment Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and scrubbers to ensure floors are properly cared for and maintained Handle chemical agents safely according to established safety protocols for cleaning and sanitation purposes Conduct manual handling tasks including heavy lifting in accordance with safe lifting practices to move supplies and equipment Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break areas, and common spaces while adhering to sanitation standards Support facilities maintenance activities by reporting any damages or safety hazards promptly Follow all safety procedures related to chemical handling, equipment use, and general custodial practices to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications Previous custodial or janitorial experience in a warehouse or industrial setting is preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and sanitation standards is essential Ability to handle chemical agents safely following safety protocol guidelines Physical ability to perform manual tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and cleanliness Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently Customer service mindset to support team members' needs and maintain a positive work environment
