Description Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Management Leader to manage our residential operations in Butler, PA! The Executive Director is responsible for all operations for the region including compliance, growth and development, budget and workforce development. Join a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their fullest potential. Must live in or be willing to relocate to Butler County. Responsibilities Responsible for daily operations and compliance with state licensing and reporting standards Assess operational issues and develop comprehensive solutions to maintain a high-quality program Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed Locate and recommend appropriate grant and funding opportunities Conduct fundraising activities that effectively promote the needs of the national organization Promote and maintain a positive public image of Community Options and our mission Interface with local, state and governmental agencies Participate in developing long and short-term department goals, objectives, and systems Minimum Requirement Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Proven executive or senior management experience. Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Westmoreland County. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
