Responsibilities proven track record as a fundraiser and success at overseeing other contractors to accomplish organizational goals. They will possess a demonstrated ability to: write and secure public and private grant funding; increase donor retention and year-over-year contributed revenue; convert occasional small-dollar donors into engaged annual donors with increasing levels of support; facilitate an annual fundraiser and increase both the number of sponsors and revenue secured through those sponsorships; increase program book annually by establishing appropriate pricing and selling advertising; Partner with and stewarding a volunteer Board of Directors manage part-time contractors who provide accounting, marketing, and website/social media services to Bach in Baltimore work with the Music Director in creating an annual concert schedule within budget parameters.
