As the Chief Operations Officer, the Executive Director (ED) will provide visionary leadership for Volunteer McKinney (VM) and oversee all organizational functions and operations, including finances, administration, events, marketing, and personnel management to ensure consistent delivery of services. The position reports directly to the President of the Board of Directors and works under the direction of the Board in a non-voting capacity. The ED is responsible for executing the Board's strategic priorities on time and within budget. As VM's principal representative in the Collin County community, the ED is responsible for maintaining a positive image and strong working relationships with local nonprofits, residents, and stakeholders.
