You'll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, cultivating relationships, and empowering your team to create a meaningful impact in the community. What You'll Do Lead and develop a talented staff team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth

Build strong partnerships within Lancaster County, engaging donors, organizations, and educational institutions

Drive fundraising efforts to meet and exceed financial goals

Oversee daily operations, financial management, and strategic planning

Represent the organization at community events and meetings Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Proven success in fundraising, relationship building, and operational leadership

5+ years in nonprofit management, fundraising, or sales preferred

Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire others
