This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the strategic direction, build a high-impact team, and establish strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for social change, exceptional leadership skills, and extensive experience in nonprofit management, entrepreneurship, and strategic planning. As the founding leader, you will drive organizational development from inception through sustainable growth, ensuring alignment with mission-driven objectives and community needs. You will be responsible for fundraising, grant development, donor relations, strategic partnerships, and overall organizational leadership, working closely with the Board of Directors to build a sustainable, high-impact organization from the ground up.
