We created a Non-profit that helps pediatrics with vision and craniofacial disfigurement, and individuals with hard to treat conditions such as Veterans with PTSD, pediatrics and individuals with Autism, Parkinsons' disease, and early stage dementia. We need someone with experience in Non-profit compliance, general management and fundraising. We currently have been privately helping patients for several years, but have created a 501(3)c non-profit to share in the outcomes. We would like someone to help develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies, identify new prospects through research, outreach, and engagement activities. Perhaps also plan and execute special events, campaigns, and outreach programs to boost community involvement and donor participation Experience Experience with Non-profit government compliance and maintenance. Proven experience in fundraising, nonprofit advocacy, or related roles with a focus on relationship management and strategic planning Knowledge of marketing principles, public relations strategies, and research techniques to enhance outreach efforts Ability to analyze data related to fundraising campaigns, donor trends, and organizational needs for informed decision-making Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a customer service-oriented approach
