We're looking for an experienced Non-Profit Consultant who knows how to start, structure, launch, manage, and grow a successful non-profit organization from the ground up. We want someone who can help us turn We Care 365 from a vision into a well-organized, sustainable organization that creates meaningful and lasting impact. What You'll Help Us Do Form and launch the non-profit and guide the 501(c)(3) process Establish bylaws, board structure, policies, and compliance Develop community programs and charitable initiatives Create fundraising, grant, and donor strategies Build corporate and community partnerships Help develop budgets, reporting, and impact tracking Create a long-term strategy to manage and grow the organization Work directly with Home Offer 365 founders and leadership Who We're Looking For Ideally, you've personally started or managed a non-profit and have experience with: 501(c)(3) formation and compliance Non-profit operations and management Fundraising and grant opportunities Community outreach and partnerships Program development Board development and governance We're looking for a builder—not just an advisor. We want someone who can help us turn our vision into a sustainable organization that makes a real difference.
