Christian Academy is seeking accomplished, mission-driven, and community-minded leaders to join our Board of Directors as we enter our next phase of growth. We are building a Christ-centered basketball and educational academy designed to develop student-athletes academically, athletically, spiritually, and personally. Our vision is to create an environment where young people are equipped to become champions in Christ, character, the classroom, and competition. We are seeking board members who are passionate about faith, education, athletics, youth development, and community impact, and who are prepared to bring their leadership, expertise, relationships, strategic perspective, and commitment to helping shape the future of the organization. We are especially interested in leaders with experience in: Business and Entrepreneurship Finance and Accounting Fundraising Development and Major Gifts Education and School Administration Athletics and Basketball Law, Governance, and Compliance Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations Real Estate and Development Nonprofit Leadership Strategic Planning and Organizational Growth Community and Corporate Partnerships Youth Development and Mentoring As a member of the Board of Directors, you will have an opportunity to help shape Strategic vision and long-term growth Governance and organizational development Fundraising and capital campaign strategy Financial sustainability Community and corporate partnerships Academic and athletic programming Leadership infrastructure Facility development and expansion plans This is more than a board position. It is an opportunity to help build an organization with the potential to make a lasting impact in the lives of student-athletes, their families, and the broader community.
