Executive Director Community Counseling Center — Harrisonburg, Virginia The Community Counseling Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing therapy services for individuals, couples, and families in Harrisonburg, Virginia, is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Executive Director to lead our agency into its next chapter. About Us The Community Counseling Center is committed to making quality mental health care accessible to our community. Part of our mission is to deliver services regardless of financial status. We provide compassionate, professional counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, and we are guided by a dedicated Board of Directors and staff of clinicians and support personnel. Position Summary The Executive Director serves as the chief administrative and strategic leader of the organization, reporting to the Board of Directors. This individual will guide organizational strategy, ensure financial sustainability, lead fundraising efforts, and cultivate a healthy, ethical, and inclusive workplace culture.
