We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Continuous Improvement Leader who thrives on solving complex business challenges, leading organizational change, and empowering teams to achieve operational excellence. What You'll Do Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives Develop and execute McLeod Software's continuous improvement strategy aligned with business objectives. Partner with leaders across the organization to identify opportunities that improve quality, efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Lead high-impact improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation and long-term sustainability. Facilitate Kaizen events, process improvement workshops, and root cause analysis sessions. Coach & Influence Coach leaders and employees on continuous improvement principles, problem-solving techniques, and change management. Develop engaging training materials and facilitate workshops that build organizational capability. Influence and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority while fostering collaboration across departments. What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a service, software, technology, or manufacturing environment. Demonstrated success delivering measurable operational improvements through Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders. Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification. Experience creating executive dashboards and performance metrics using Power BI or similar reporting tools. Experience with Microsoft Visio, Power BI, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, logistics, transportation, or other technology-driven environments is a plus. Why McLeod Software?
