Position Summary The Analyst, Network Management (Post-Audit Team) supports the successful execution and closeout of pharmacy audits by managing post-audit reporting, electronic and physical documentation, logistics, and communications. This role is responsible for ensuring audit materials are accurate, complete, properly distributed, and well-organized in accordance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Working closely with auditors, pharmacies, Chains, PSAOs, and internal partners, the Analyst plays a key role in maintaining audit integrity and operational efficiency. This role is an on-site position Monday - Friday at the CVS Corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ. What You'll Do Generate and distribute initial and final audit reports and post-audit correspondence to pharmacies, Chains, and PSAOs. Perform quality checks and maintain organized audit documentation to support audit closeout and compliance with state and federal laws. Track audit-related logistics, including incoming audit documentation and outbound deliveries, ensuring confirmation and proper filing. Manage the team inbox by filing documentation, routing communications, and ensuring timely responses and handoffs to internal teams. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in administrative, audit, compliance, or operations-focused roles. Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently, apply sound judgment, and handle constructive feedback. Proactively seeks clarification and follows established escalation paths. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Willing and able to commute to and work on-site at the Scottsdale, AZ office. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with or willingness to learn tools such as Adobe Pro, Power Automate, AI tools, and SQL. Experience preparing or distributing formal business or legal correspondence. Experience using SharePoint to build and maintain sites, lists, or workflows. 1+ years of direct experience supporting pharmacy audits or working in a regulated healthcare environment. 2+ years of experience in pharmacy operations with patient care background. Active CPhT license or willingness to obtain. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $85,068.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
