full-time I'm working on an exciting Investment Banking opportunity with a highly regarded platform in San Francisco , currently looking to hire a Junior Associate to join its growing Consumer team . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their banking career and gain significant exposure to live M&A and strategic transactions , working closely with senior bankers, clients, and management teams. The team offers a highly hands-on environment with the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility and develop strong execution and client-facing skills.
The role will involve:
Executing live M&A and strategic transactions Building and reviewing financial models, valuations, and transaction analyses Preparing client presentations, marketing materials, and other deal documentation Supporting due diligence and transaction execution Working closely with senior bankers, clients, and management teams Taking on significant responsibility within a lean, fast-paced deal team They are looking for someone with strong Investment Banking experience, excellent financial modeling and valuation skills, and a genuine interest in the Consumer sector (no prior sector experience needed) . Candidates should be comfortable operating in a demanding, high-performance environment and be ready to take on increased responsibility. This is a particularly compelling opportunity to join a well-established banking platform while working on a dynamic Consumer team with strong exposure to high-quality transactions.
