About the role Golden Gate Health is a fast-growing healthcare organization, and we're hiring a sharp, driven Operations Analyst to help us run and improve how our practice operates. This is a high-ownership seat for a recent grad who's great with data, likes turning messy operations into clean numbers and clear decisions, and wants to see real impact fast. You'll sit close to leadership (working directly with our operations lead, Alexia), touch nearly every part of the business, and own real projects end to end. It's on-site in Fontana because the work is hands-on — but that also means genuine ownership, direct exposure to how a healthcare business runs, and a clear path to grow as we build out a full operations team. What you'll do Analytics & reporting

• Turn raw operational data into insight — parse and clean large Excel/data files (SQL or Python a big plus for automating the manual work) and surface what leadership needs to know
• Build the weekly management deck — pull metrics from multiple sources into a clear, leadership-ready summary
• Run our quarterly employee Star Rating — coordinate the internal performance-grading cycle, compile scores, and prepare results for review Operational projects Own a rolling set of improvement projects across the practice — for example:
• Reducing phone wait times — measure, report trends, and drive improvements
• Leading the blood-testing machine rollout — coordinate logistics, track adoption, document the process
• Streamlining the referral process — monitor turnaround and close gaps
• Mapping and improving front-desk / reception and Medical Assistant (MA) workflows
• …and new operational projects as they come up Back-office support
• Support time & attendance (track hours, flag exceptions, prep clean data for payroll) and keep the office maintenance checklist on track What we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree from a strong university ( UC system or comparable )
• Strong Excel (pivot tables, lookups, clean reporting) — required
• SQL and/or Python — a strong plus, especially for parsing and cleaning large data sets
• Sharp analytical thinking and real attention to detail
• Clear communicator with presentation-ready deliverables (PowerPoint)
• Highly organized self-starter who can juggle multiple workstreams
• Interest in healthcare operations; prior exposure is a plus, not required Why join
