As a Process Improvement Analyst, you will be part of the Fleet Operations department supporting various teams involved in operational excellence and process enhancement. $50/hour + Benefits What's the Job? Collaborate cross-functionally to gather, document, and prioritize requests for process improvements and playbook updates from various sources. Support the development and documentation of operational procedures within Fleet Operations. Coordinate with teams such as BaseOps, RemoteOps, Product, and Engineering to ensure project progress and alignment. Provide bi-weekly updates to stakeholders on ongoing process improvement initiatives. Assist in creating new processes and maintaining playbook documentation for on-site and robotic operations. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in program management, operational excellence, or process improvement. Experience developing operational efficiencies in remote or similar environments such as call centers or teleoperation centers. Proficiency in data analysis and metrics to support strategic decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a proactive and resourceful approach. What's in it for me?
