Newly created role driving sitewide Lean transformation High visibility and influence About Our Client Our client is a well-established industrial manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality, customer service, and employee retention. The organization operates multiple sites nationwide and has built a culture that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. The company has experienced significant investment and growth in recent years and is actively expanding its operational excellence function. This newly created position offers the opportunity to make a visible impact while partnering directly with senior leadership to drive meaningful business improvements. Job Description Lead Lean manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and process improvement workshops Partner with leaders to identify and eliminate waste Analyze KPIs and operational data to uncover improvement opportunities Develop sustainable operating systems and standardized work practices Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost Coach leaders and employees on Lean methodologies and best practices Lead cross-functional improvement projects and track measurable results MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline 7+ years of manufacturing continuous improvement or Lean experience Strong experience facilitating Kaizen events and Lean transformations Ability to influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority Expertise in operational metrics, productivity improvement, and manufacturing processes Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Preferred Qualifications Aerospace or automotive manufacturing experience Lean Six Sigma certification Bilingual capabilities What's on
Offer Base Salary:
$130,000-$150,000 Performance-based bonus Medical, dental, and vision coverage Unlimited PTO 10 paid company holidays 401(k) with 4% company match The salary range for this role is $130,000-$150,000 . This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
