MANAGER, OPERATIONS ANALYTICSAn established, high-volume distribution organization is seeking a Manager, Operations Analytics with a strong finance and supply chain background to support operational performance, financial planning, and strategic decision-making.
Reporting to senior production planning leadership, this role will oversee a small team of financial analysts while partnering with leaders across multiple departments. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and financial skills with a collaborative leadership style, sound business judgment, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Analyze operational and financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions.
Supply Chain Finance:
Support financial planning and analysis related to supply chain operations, distribution, production planning, and resource utilization.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Assist with financial forecasts, budgets, expense analysis, and performance projections.
KPI & Performance Reporting:
Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and key performance indicators to measure operational and financial results.
Variance Analysis:
Evaluate actual results against budgets, forecasts, and operational targets; communicate findings and recommend corrective actions.
Team Leadership:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 2-3 financial analysts, establishing priorities and ensuring timely execution.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
Collaborate with managers, supervisors, directors, and executive leadership to understand business needs and deliver meaningful financial analysis.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve reporting, streamline analytical processes, and increase efficiency and accuracy.
Strategic Decision Support:
Translate complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations for leadership.
Project Ownership:
Take initiative on key projects, manage competing priorities, and drive deliverables to completion.
