Required:

2-3 years of proven continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably packaging/kitting). Drive Process Improvement:

Lead and manage continuous improvement projects (including Kaizen) to optimize production, reduce waste, and enhance safety, quality, and cost.

Collaborate and Train:

Work with cross-functional teams to align CI initiatives and foster a culture of improvement through effective training and mentorship.

Monitor Performance:

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and success of all improvement initiatives.

Support Innovation:

Define manufacturing processes and create necessary digital machine files for new product introductions.
