Fund Operations Associate | Venture Capital Firm | Palo Alto; Hybrid | Base + Bonus + Equity Join a fast-growing VC firm. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role with broad exposure across fund operations, treasury, client service, and cross-functional initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to build scalable processes, leverage automation and AI, and make a direct impact as the platform continues to grow. Responsibilities + Support end-to-end fund operations across a large and growing fund platform + Process capital calls, distributions, wires, and cash activity + Manage bank reconciliations and monitor fund cash flows + Support lines of credit, including advances, repayments, and reconciliations + Track and reconcile fund fees, expenses, and carried interest accruals + Partner with fund administrators, custodians, banks, and internal teams to resolve breaks + Support advisors and investors with operational inquiries + Build more scalable, automated workflows as the platform grows For fastest consideration, reach out to Michelle Espejo via email or LinkedIn.
