Decision Analyst I

The Decision Analyst I will maintain and support the Decision Support Systems to include: ensuring the integrity of the data infrastructure; analysis of both internal and external data in support of day to day operations; development of various operational ad-hoc and recurring reports by synthesizing data from multiple sources into clear, meaningful decision making tools, and creation of reports for use by management. As a key member of the Decision Support team, the Decision Analyst I collaboratively works across the organization supporting daily operational reporting and analysis of key performance metrics in support of the Organization's initiatives and goals. Required Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or Information Systems. Relevant work experience may substitute education requirement. Minimum three years' experience performing database management and data analysis in Accounting, Finance or Decision Support departments.

Preferred:
