Senior Analyst, MQ TPL Operations (San Diego, CA, 92108) | 09/29/26 Job Description This role is ideal for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in transportation, third-party logistics (3PL), freight forwarding, dispatch, or supply chain operations.
The selected candidate will support day-to-day TPL operations, manage carrier performance, coordinate outbound shipments, monitor KPIs, and help optimize transportation processes.
Experience with cross-border logistics between San Diego and Tijuana is highly desirable. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate third-party logistics operations, including intermodal, over-the-road (OTR), and cross-border freight. Manage outbound LTL, FTL, and intermodal shipments from planning through delivery. Coordinate dedicated truck operations and load planning. Monitor carrier performance and KPIs while maintaining strong carrier relationships. Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Yard Management Systems (YMS) to manage shipment data. Track and trace shipments, ensure timely POD collection, and support invoicing. Develop and implement SOPs to improve transportation efficiency and maximize carrier utilization.
