Working in a hybrid capacity out of San Jose, CA, you will exercise professional judgment and independence to keep sales and revenue pipelines running smoothly.

Qualifications Must-haves:

2+ years of hands-on experience managing the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process and supporting sales operations. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (ability to write VLOOKUPs, build pivot tables, and analyze large datasets). Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong cross-functional communication. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, operations, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves:

Experience with Salesforce administration (Lightning UI, Sales Cloud, or Data Loader). Functional familiarity with SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) or MM (Material Management) modules. Plan and execute projects to boost sales force efficiency, developing clear procedures and process improvements for the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.

Manage Data & Systems:

Maintain accurate sales performance metrics, audit master data, and support sales tools to drive revenue recognition and operational reliability.

Support Salesforce & SAP:

Troubleshoot daily workflow issues, manage user permissions, update custom fields, and run routine reports in Salesforce and SAP (SD/MM).

Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to gather system requirements and support data migration or system enhancements.
