Day Shift The candidate will: Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and maintain standardized processes and technical documentation. Extract and aggregate operational information from multiple different sources of information to establish performance benchmarks and key operational measures. Author, publish, and maintain structured performance reports as a citizen developer using PowerBI to showcase operational health. Conduct comprehensive, in-depth analysis of operational workflows and mission-critical information to support informed decision-making. Apply intuitive analytical skills to identify systemic trends, pinpoint underlying causes of operational issues, and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency. Facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration across diverse teams to ensure mission alignment and operational synergy.
Basic Requirements:
Must have 4, or more, years of general IT, operations, or analytical work experience. Must have 2, or more, years of direct experience extracting, consolidating, and analyzing operational information utilizing multiple data sources. Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Must have an active
DoW Secret Security Clearance Desired Requirements:
Have hands-on experience developing and distributing performance reports using PowerBI. Be proficient in writing SQL queries to extract, filter, and aggregate data from relational databases. Have the ability and willingness to learn dashboard design and development in BMC Helix. Have strong intuitive analysis skills with a proven track record of identifying trends and performing root-cause analysis. Have general knowledge of Enterprise Environments. Have an ITIL Certification (such as ITIL Foundations). This position is expected to pay $100,000 - $130,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
