Job Description

Title:
Continuous Improvement Process Specialist Job Summary:
This role works closely with the company Steering Committee to facilitate and support change that improves the Operating System at
DNI, DNIOS.
As a CIP team member, you will support the culture change in the facility. The CIP team will train team members, facilitate Practical Problem Solving and work in support of the Balanced Score Card development and achievement. Additionally, the CIP Team runs the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle on manufacturing process changes and improvements.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Duties/Responsibilities:
Facilitate the Operating System model to organization. Perform duties that support the link of the Balance Score Card with other elements of the Operational Excellence system. Performa and facilitate activities that support the Balanced Score Card as the process for aligning the organization. Demystify the flow of key information in the organization up leading to develop of the correct system to fit the culture of DNI and support change. Change Management facilitation. Provide organizational focus and direction based on the Master Plan goals for organization. Align activities and project planning to achieve improvement. Master each tool of the system: (Need to list all tools in phase 1). Learn it Absorb it Culturalize it All under a Standardized Process Teach it (one standard) Coach it Do it Support and execute Master Plan and Balanced Score Card by review of Score Cards via Plan-Do-Check-Act. Become an expert in Belief+ Values+ Attitude = Behaviors.
Required Skills/Abilities :
Highly organized and efficient work practices. Continuous improvement mindset with a curiosity to question norms. Ability to develop and deliver training materials. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills - active listening, coaching, feedback, teamwork. Comfortable working with Sr. Leaders to provide input and suggestions in support of organizational change. Strong computer communication and animation tools.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
