OT999: 1CP- Farmington, CT One Carrier Place, Farmington, CT, 06032 USA The Global Real Estate Operations Analyst supports lease administration, financial analysis, and operational processes across a global real estate portfolio of more than 2,300 locations.

) Maintain audit-ready processes and documentation for lease and transaction activities Assist in maintaining controls and documentation that support compliance and risk management requirements Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred) 5+ years of experience in operations, business, corporate real estate, or other business support functions Experience supporting financial analysis, lease administration, business operations, or process improvement initiatives Experience managing global projects preferred Skills & Competencies Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills Working knowledge of real estate transactions, lease structures, and portfolio management concepts Ability to manage outsourced third-party services providers and drive accountability to service levels and key performance indicators Strong knowledge of lease administration systems and processes Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills Ability to operate in a highly matrixed, global organization Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external service providers High attention to detail and analytical rigor The salary range for this role is $93,000.00- 115,000.
