We are seeking a motivated Operations Analyst to join our team. This is an ideal entry level role for a new college graduate looking to build a career in financial services. This position focuses on the integrity of our financial data and the smooth movement of client funds.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze historical data to identify errors or inconsistencies in the numbers. Perform cashiering duties and handle the secure movement of client money. Manage the daily operations queue for the company. Assist with the setup and onboarding of new client accounts. Process incoming invoices and ensure all financial transactions are accurate.REQUIREMENTS A 2024-2026
college graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Excel skills are a must, specifically the ability to use Pivot Tables and V-lookups. Previous experience with data analysis is preferred, especially within financial services, but we are flexible for the right candidate. A high level of attention to detail and the ability to spot when data does not seem correct. A desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced operations environment.
