Job Purpose:
The Corporate Operations & Execution Analyst supports corporate leadership in the analysis, coordination, and execution of initiatives across the organization. This role will work with multiple departments and divisions to organize information, develop reporting, coordinate projects, improve processes, and help move priorities from concept through implementation. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Execution and Operations, the Analyst will also work closely with the Vice President of Technology Innovation and Marketing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable taking on a wide range of assignments. This person should be able to work independently, create structure where it does not exist, and help develop practical solutions, processes, and tools as the needs of the organization evolve.
Essential Functions:
Duties and Responsibilities
    Reporting & Analysis:
    Prepare reports, presentations, executive summaries, dashboards, and analysis to support leadership decisions and provide visibility into business performance.
      Project & Initiative Coordination:
      Coordinate corporate projects and initiatives, track responsibilities and deadlines, follow up on open items, and help ensure priorities move through implementation.
        Cross-Functional Support:
        Work across corporate departments and divisions to gather information, coordinate activities, communicate changes, and support business needs and leadership priorities.
          Process Development & Improvement:
          Help develop and improve processes, playbooks, workflows, reporting structures, templates, and tools that improve consistency and execution across the organization.
            Corporate Information & Systems:
            Maintain and coordinate important corporate reports, documents, contracts, systems, and other shared information, working with appropriate departments to ensure information remains accurate and current.
              Financial & Business Support:
              Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, invoice review, expense reconciliation, and other business-related activities as needed.
                Executive & Administrative Support:
                Assist corporate leadership with presentations, meetings, communications, scheduling, special projects, and other activities as needed.
                  Technology & Efficiency:
                  Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology, automation, AI-enabled tools, and better use of existing systems.
                  • Perform other operational, analytical, administrative, and project-related duties as assigned. Education and Work Experience
                  Education:
                  Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
                    Experience:
                    2 to 5 years of experience in business operations, finance, analytics, project coordination, homebuilding, construction, or a related environment preferred.
                      Industry Experience:
                      Residential homebuilding, construction, finance, or related operational experience is preferred.
                        Technical Skills:
                        Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with AI, automation, business intelligence, or other productivity tools is a plus.
                          Analytical & Organizational Skills:
                          Ability to organize and analyze information, manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and follow assignments through completion.
                            Communication:
                            Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with corporate leadership, department leaders, divisions, and other stakeholders.
                              Initiative & Problem Solving:
                              Comfortable working independently, identifying gaps, developing solutions, and creating structure where established processes may not exist.
                                Judgment & Discretion:
                                Ability to appropriately handle confidential, financial, operational, and executive-level information. Essential Functions
                                • Access, input, organize, and analyze information using a computer or electronic device for extended periods.
                                • Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and other written or visual materials.
                                • Participate in virtual and face-to-face meetings with corporate and division teams.
                                • Manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and information requests.
                                • Travel periodically as business needs require.
                                • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
                                EEO Employer Pay:
                                $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
