• Job Description:

• This job is responsible for providing operational support for securities, loans, exchange traded derivatives and over the counter derivatives across multiple lines of business through the lifecycle of a trade.

Key responsibilities include handling trading and operational activities before deadlines, maintaining internal systems and providing operational support to internal partners. Job expectations include maintaining a high degree of accuracy with customers and data to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

• Responsible for the processing of US and International Mandatory Corporate Action event types on behalf

BOFAS/MLPFS

client tiers & trading desks. The AMRS Mandatory team within Assert Services primary functions are to receive Corporate Action event payments daily from multiple custodians across the globe and process those payments to our clients across multiple legal entities (MLPRO / BOFAS / MLPFS, etc.) that are holding that particular security.

• Responsibilities:

• + Performs tasks accurately during high volume periods in a team environment + Identifies and flags potential risks in a timely manner + Identifying, reviewing and analyzing all Corporate Action event information related to Mandatory & Redemption events + Timely and accurate completion of payments + reconciliation and clearance of ledger balances and breaks + Interface with DTCC, International Custodians, Depots, Transfer Agents and external counterparties/ Brokers.

• Required Qualifications:

• + Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience + Ability to work under pressure in a team environment + Timely response to internal/external queries regarding mandatory event processing + Works effectively with others by establishing and maintaining positive working relationships built on mutual respect and trust + Escalate issues that demonstrate risk to customers/clients and/or the company + Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
