This position supports the daily operations of the Sales organization by ensuring the accuracy of sales transactions, inventory records, financial reconciliations, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related analytical field . You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to maintain data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Sales Operations Support day-to-day Sales Operations activities to ensure efficient and accurate business processes. Process and analyze sales transactions while maintaining data integrity. Monitor inventory levels and perform inventory analysis. Support the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process by ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Financial Analysis & Reconciliation Investigate, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies related to sales orders, inventory, and financial transactions. Prepare account and transaction reconciliations while identifying root causes of variances. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple business systems. Support internal controls and operational compliance initiatives. Reporting & Data Analysis Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Analyze operational and sales data to identify trends and recommend process improvements. Maintain and update information within the JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system. Support reporting requests and special projects as assigned. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues. Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy. Required Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related analytical role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP INDEX/MATCH
Advanced formulas Data analysis and reporting Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating executive-level presentations. Experience using JD Edwards (JDE) or a similar ERP system. Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes. Experience performing reconciliations and resolving transaction discrepancies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
