Full-Time Position Overview iNovate Solutions is seeking an Operations Support professional with an active Secret Security Clearance to support our Army Customer. The position supports the program executive battle rhythm and day-to-day business operations, including office administration, leadership coordination, travel, correspondence, tasking workflows, facility access and physical security, SharePoint/Office 365 administration, workforce data, training compliance, supply support, and emergency readiness. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Defense Travel System (DTS), SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, Army protocol, and organizational correspondence. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the program executive battle rhythm and business operations across the organization.
  • Coordinate with PM Force Projection and CPE Combat Sustainment leadership for high-level briefings and organizational requirements.
  • Coordinate office administration, including Defense Travel System (DTS) travel orders and calendar management for the program.
  • Coordinate OCONUS visit requests, security clearances, passports, visas, and related administrative requirements.
  • Track action items and suspense requirements for CPE Combat Sustainment and support action-officer tasking workflows.
  • Supports the facility, including badge access, visitor requests, equipment moves, facility coordination, and physical security for simulation/VR labs.
  • Support Navy Facilities Access Request processes, badges, visitor access, and site surveys as applicable to the Oviedo facility.
  • Ensure official memoranda and briefings comply with
AR 25-50
standards before elevation to PM Force Projection or CPE Combat Sustainment leadership.
  • Consolidate and format presentation materials for Business Reviews, PALT, Monthly Status Reports, ASA(ALT) charts, staff meetings, and other leadership forums.
  • Coordinate
TSS/EE PEG
events, Council of Colonels, Mod Reviews, TRIADs, Town Halls, IPT workshops, and Industry Days.
  • Support action-officer taskings utilizing the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).
  • Administer SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365 sites used to support organizational operations and information sharing.
  • Track TDA/Faces-to-Spaces labor data and monitor workforce training compliance, including Continuous Learning Points (CLP).
  • Support supply and inventory ordering and monitor organizational purchases such as credit card and toner purchases.
  • Support facility security/access, mailing and shipments, visitor reception, timecard administration, and routine office operations.
  • Lead or support emergency readiness initiatives, including hurricane preparedness, and maintain current emergency contact rosters.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and track assigned suspenses to support timely completion of organizational taskings. Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three to ten (3-10) years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Expertise using the Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Experience administering or supporting SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365 environments.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of Army protocol and organizational correspondence.
  • Knowledge of Army correspondence requirements and ability to review official memoranda and briefings for compliance with
AR 25-50.
  • Experience supporting office administration, calendar management, leadership briefings, action-item tracking, and organizational taskings.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with senior Government leadership, staff, visitors, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, written communication, customer service, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work primarily on-site in the Oviedo/Orlando, Florida area during Government operating hours.
