Full Time Shift :
Days Responsible for independently scoping and leading the successful management and execution of tactical improvement initiatives. This position prioritizes and manages multiple competing projects, deadlines, and customer relationships. Additionally, this role interacts effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior executives and physicians, to affect change within the organization. In addition, this position transfers clients' perceptions of problems into viable solutions and actionable items, utilizing diplomacy and flexibility in response to clients' changing concerns. Additionally, this role maintains oversight of cost, schedule, and quality to ensure that critical milestones and deliverables are completed in a timely manner. Responsible for actively participating in outstanding customer service and maintaining respectful relationships. Manages and executes strategic initiatives to ensure successful outcomes. Conducts analysis, documents processes, develops and implements effective controls, and optimizes processes to increase operational performance and reduce costs. Utilizes PI principles and tools, including value stream maps, standard work, 6s, visual management, facilitation, and change management skills to support continuous improvement. Interacts effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior executives and physicians, to affect change within the organization. Prioritizes and manages multiple competing projects, deadlines, and customer relationships.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Solid understanding and application of data collection/analysis tools & methodologies Well-versed in process mapping, root cause analysis, statistical controls Experienced practitioner of quality & process improvement methodologies such as lean six sigma Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills Ability to succinctly translate high level concepts into actionable items
Education:
  • Bachelor's [Required]
  • Master's [Required]
Field of Study:
    Engineering, Healthcare,or Business Work Experience:
    • 1+ relevant experience in engineering, healthcare, business, or related field [Required]
    • 2+ relevant experience or functional equivalence [Required]
    • Project Management Experience [Preferred]
    • Proven experience leading process improvement projects, preferably in a complex organizational environment [Required]
    Licenses and Certifications:
    • Six Sigma [Preferred]
    • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) [Preferred]
    • Change Management Certification (PROSCI) [Preferred]

    Pay Range:
