Job Summary The Reporting Analyst is responsible for creating, validating, and enhancing operational reports used across multiple operations divisions, with an initial focus on Document Production. This role partners closely with operations leaders, subject matter experts, and reporting developers to ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable. In an environment with limited built-in system logic, this role will own the extraction, validation, and transformation of raw data into reliable reporting tools that support daily execution, short term decision making, and long-term operational improvements. Essential Function Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to support operational efficiency and quality standards. Analyze performance trends and provide strategic insights and recommendations to the operational reports manager. Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, quality, and IT to create workflow diagrams, understand reporting needs, and implement effective solutions. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms. This role will assist the Manager of Operational Reporting & Analytics with gathering data for projects that will drive performance and quality improvement across operations. Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, tools, and PowerPoint visualizations and presentation. Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests from all levels of leadership. Perform other related duties as assigned. Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization with both technical and non-technical staff members. Advanced ability to research, define and analyze any type of business processes/problems and bring reporting solutions to leadership to overcome operational issues. Ability to turn complex data into clear, usable insights that drive action. Technical proficiency in SCL, Microsoft excel - Advanced, Microsoft PowerPoint - intermediate-advanced. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs and priorities. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Commitment and ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment.
