Full-Time About the Role Support Space Delta 10 in advancing U.S. Space Force warfighting capabilities through wargaming and operational analysis. This role contributes to the design, execution, and analysis of wargames that inform doctrine, tactics, and mission concepts. Position Overview The Wargaming Analyst provides analytical and execution support across the full wargame lifecycle, including scenario development, gameplay facilitation, and post-event analysis. This role requires foundational experience in wargaming and familiarity with space operations and military planning processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of experience in wargaming, exercises, operational planning, or analysis Experience supporting military wargames or exercises Familiarity with MDMP, JPP, or similar planning processes Basic understanding of space operations or military environments Experience developing reports, briefings, or analytical products Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Space Force, Air Force, or Joint operations Familiarity with space mission areas (orbital warfare, space EW, C2, space domain awareness) Experience with wargame design or analytical frameworks Experience with data analysis or structured data collection methods Exposure to MBSE concepts or tools Key Responsibilities Support development of realistic wargame scenarios, including adversary capabilities and operational environments Assist in building orders of battle (OOB) and simulated intelligence products Serve as a facilitator within wargame cells (Blue/Red/White teams) Apply game rules and adjudication models to determine outcomes and provide feedback Guide participants on game mechanics and processes Capture observations and support data collection and post-event analysis Core Skills Analytical Thinking Operational Awareness Data Collection & Reporting Communication Team Collaboration If you are interested in wargaming, space operations, and supporting national defense missions , we encourage you to apply.
