Job Description

The Mortgage Assumptions Team, within Real Estate Mortgage Servicing, manages the transfer of mortgage loan obligations through the assumption process while ensuring compliance with investor, regulatory, and servicing requirements. The team partners closely with Member Services, Collateral Review, Compliance, Risk, and Technology to deliver an efficient and positive member experience. The Summer Association Intern will support operational excellence and servicing modernization initiatives by assisting with business reporting, process improvement, workflow analysis, and operational performance tracking. The intern will gain exposure to the end to end assumption process, collaborate with cross-functional partners, analyze business trends, and contribute to projects focused on improving efficiency, scalability, and member experience. The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2027 and ending in August 2027. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data and provide recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.

5550 Heritage Oaks Dr Pensacola, FL 32526 Potential Projects The Summer Association may support a variety of initiatives, including: Analyzing assumption production, inventory, cycle times, and service level performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Assisting with the development of dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to support leadership decision-making. Supporting process improvement and Servicing Modernization initiatives by documenting workflows and recommending efficiency enhancements. Evaluating opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational controls. Assisting with workforce planning, capacity analysis, and productivity reporting. Researching member experience trends and developing recommendations to streamline the assumption journey. Partnering with cross-functional teams on projects focused on operational excellence, risk management, compliance, and service delivery improvements. Responsibilities Analyze assumption production, inventory, cycle times, and service level performance. Assist with developing dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports. Support process improvement and Servicing Modernization initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and operational controls. Conduct data analysis to support workforce planning, productivity, and business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Member Services, Compliance, Risk, and Technology. Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for leadership. Participate in business reviews and present project findings at the conclusion of the internship. Perform other related duties as assigned
