The Information Services Program is seeking an Operations Analyst I for Service Operations-Production Services Team. This role is responsible for providing technical assistance, reviewing, and developing operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective outcomes within the batch management process to include defining criteria and processes, supporting operational improvements, and contributing to program analysis and service performance measures.Key Responsibilities include:
Manage and monitor service requests and incidents related to batch job services using an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool. Responsible for analyzing and evaluating incoming requests, reported incidents, and supporting the setup, execution, and maintenance of batch jobs. Collaborating with business units, developers, and operations staff to implement, monitor, and maintain production schedules and jobs using enterprise scheduling tools such as OpCon and SAP. Attend and facilitate regulatory meetings as a representative of service teams and program areas. Communicates effectively with peers, customers, and management to support operational needs, strategic goals, and project deadlines. Prepare and compile operational reporting data, including production schedule completion status, daily batch job failures in OpCon, and service requests for batch job modifications within the ITSM tool. Responsible for researching SAP systems to identify and resolve data issues involving damaged or incomplete forms generated through the DOR Mail Room, ensuring timely reprinting and distribution of critical documents.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Two years of experience in job scheduling, batch operations, or IT production support environments (e.g., OpCon or similar workload automation tools) Two years of experience in customer service, incident management, or IT service desk operations One year of experience in data analysis, reporting, or operational performance trackingPREFERENCES
Experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools for incident and request management Experience supporting enterprise applications such as SAP or similar ERP systemsSPECIAL NOTES
This position is located at the Capital Circle Office Complex, but may require travel to alternate work locations to support teams. This position is not eligible for Telework. Tentative Monthly Salary is $3,242.50.SALARY:
$35,261.28- $38,972.
