Coordinate with military service validators, Air Mobility Division, 618th Air Operations Center, Air Mobility Command, Tanker Airlift Control Center, aerial ports, & Defense Attaché Offices to resolve inter- to intra-theater airlift execution issues Develop and maintain monthly intra-theater airlift channel schedules; analyze historical usage data Monitor/manage JOPES data, TPFDD force flow, movement tracking, & In-Transit Visibility (ITV) via JOPES, SMS, Integrated Global Transportation Convergence (IGC), & Radio Frequency In-Transit Visibility (RF-ITV) Assess Operation Plan (OPLAN) requirements and taskings; communicate theater deployment and distribution priority changes Participate in transportation and distribution working groups and Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) Facilitate, process, & track Theater Clearance Requests (TCRs) and travel coordination for military official parties, civilian travel, & commodity/equipment movement.
