Operations Analyst- Georgia Regional Hospital

Less than 10%Job Summary:
Serves as job expert or organization resource in assigned areas Assures the validity of data collected, including incident, QM audit, tracer, and survey outcomes. Collects and performs data entry, aggregates, reports, and evaluates incident and risk management data to identify agency/hospital/program performance trends, using a variety of databases and software Performs qualitative and quantitative data analysis Works within the team to help define data requirements and create reporting models for system and hospital purposes Provides consultation and technical assistance on reporting and Risk Management Process issues Collaborates with Quality, Risk, and Incidents Department to create and present reports for Hospital Quality Council and other hospital meetings May complete fidelity chart reviews (are assessments and notes completed on time) May serve as team leader for project teams and task forces Position requires up to 15% travel within state hospital system Actively Participate in assigned Hospital System Meetings Other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Experience performing data analysis and presentation preparation Experience creating reports for large, complex projects Experience collecting or mining data for analysis Experience identifying barriers to quality service, compliance, or effective work processes Experience creating policies or processes to help an organization operate more efficiently or effectively Understanding of TJC standards and CMS regulations Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills For benefits information, please visit: https://careers.dbhdd.ga.gov/why-dbhdd/ Employment Requirements To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees, individuals and communities we serve, certain positions within DBHDD may require evaluations, vaccinations, professional licensure and certifications.
