within Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM). The MEDLOG Operations & Plans Analyst will serve as the Office of the Force Surgeon (OFS) medical logistics (MEDLOG) subject matter expert supportingMARFORPAC
deliberate and contingency planning, focusing on Class VIII posture/sustainment, readiness, allied/partner interoperability, and operational logistics in support of theMARFORPAC
Campaign Plan/Order and INDOPACOM-aligned efforts. The role provides continuity across planning cycles by assessing operational requirements, translating MEDLOG doctrine/system realities for planners/action officers, and producing high-quality staff products and recommendations. Key Responsibilities Identifying and assessing operational-level MEDLOG requirements from subordinate/tactical inputs; comparing against current/projected capabilities; providing recommendations to OFS leadership and functional staff. Monitoring unclassified and classified communications to identify emerging MEDLOG requirements/issues/updates. Developing and managing Health Service Support (HSS) MEDLOG POA&Ms (Plans of Action & Milestones). Reviewing staff products (briefs, action plans, supporting documentation) and providing actionable feedback. Participating in working groups (WG), operational planning teams (OPT), synchronization meetings, and cross-functional touchpoints across MARFORPAC/INDOPACOM/adjacent components. Maintaining operational task visibility by updating OFS Microsoft Teams task trackers/tasking tools. Providing weekly activity updates (e.g., quad slides, brief summaries) and elevating issues requiring Force Surgeon/OFS support. Providing MEDLOG inputs to annual assessments and campaign/Annex Q-related cycles; supporting required trip reports when directed. Participating in and informing planning events (WG/OPT/OPLAN/CONOP and emergent planning) by providing coordinated MEDLOG assessments, opinions, and expertise. Monitoring doctrinal/policy updates (unclassified/classified as applicable) and advising on required adjustments toOFS/MARFORPAC
policy, doctrine, or plans. Providing MEDLOG-specific inputs for exercise plans and Annex Q products; coordinating planning alignment with sustainment realities and subordinate/adjacent MEDLOG elements. Producing timely, analytically supported recommendations (e.g., gap/shortfall identification and mitigations; Class VIII status/readiness; program health; allied/partner capability assessments) and briefingproducts when requested. Delivering recurring reports (e.g., monthly status and quarterly reports) aligned to government formats/timelines and incorporating leadership feedback. FollowingOFS/MARFORPAC
internal reviews to eliminate errors/omissions and ensure technical accuracy, revising products quickly when non-compliant. This position is contingent on award.Anticipated salary range:
$95,000 - $115,000Work Environment:

Basic Requirements Bachelor's Degree in logistics management, supply chain management, or related. 6+ years' experience supporting military logistics and sustainment operations. Current, active TS/SCI security clearance. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight on mission-critical/high-visibility work; experience across DoD joint service and international military/civilian logistics networks. Working knowledge of U.S. Navy MEDLOG systems/reporting, including MAXIMO Logistics Command & Control. Advanced proficiency with collaboration tools and Microsoft Office (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and strong written/verbal communication. Military schooling such as SNCO Academy, Career Level School, Expeditionary Warfare School (EWS), and/or Supply School. Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus. Professional proficiency in English is required. Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications. Ability to access federal facilities in compliance with Real ID. AdditionalPME/JPME
