full-time The Collateral Services Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate processing, monitoring, and reporting of collateral, settlement, and stock?loan activity within a regulated financial operations environment. This role supports the integrity of post?trade processes by maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and communication across internal teams and external market participants. Key Responsibilities Monitor and process collateral, settlement, and stock?loan activity using internal proprietary systems, external banking platforms, and depository systems, ensuring all movements are captured and reconciled accurately. Analyze collateral, settlement, and stock?loan data across multiple systems; prepare clear, professional reports and insights for internal management and external stakeholders. Engage daily with internal and external participants , including operational teams, clearing members, financial institutions, and market entities, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operational flow. Review and interpret rules, agreements, policies, and procedures , performing scheduled audits to validate the accuracy and integrity of collateral records. Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational policies, procedures, and training materials , including drafting, updating, and reviewing documentation to support process consistency and regulatory compliance. Ensure full adherence to organizational policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements , maintaining a strong control environment. Support ad?hoc initiatives and corporate projects assigned by management, contributing to process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiency. Perform additional duties as required to support the broader collateral and settlements function.
