We're seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Internal Talent Acquisition team. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is naturally competitive, and wants to develop the core skills needed for a successful career in sales. What You'll Do Source and engage potential candidates through and other recruiting channels. Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening calls. Support interview scheduling and candidate experience initiatives. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to help build high-performing teams across SThree. Learn how talent acquisition drives business growth and organizational success. What We're Looking For Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Interest in sales, business development, recruiting, or consulting. Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
