The Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager is responsible for leading the continuous improvement activities in the Indianapolis Plant by identifying opportunities for reducing waste. The CI Manager will utilize Lean management, Six Sigma, and other quality management methodologies to enhance processes, products, and services both incrementally and through major changes. Your Role You will utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and reduce waste. You will formulate and implement strategies that focus on process improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. You will l ead project teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will t rain employees at all levels on CI principles, tools, and techniques. You will create and maintain in the Quality Management System process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation to ensure consistency and repeatability. Your Profile You have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Quality Management, or a related field. You have f amiliarity with CI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and tools (Process Mapping, PDCA, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram). You are proficient in using statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and data analysis tools to analyze and interpret data. You have a Green Belt minimum, Black Belt preferred.
