Lead Continuous Improvement Across Our Manufacturing Operations We are a leading metal manufacturing company based in Warsaw, Indiana , and we're looking for an experienced Lean CI Manager to lead the deployment of our Lean Business System and Continuous Improvement strategy across our manufacturing operations. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll work closely with operational leaders to drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, cost, delivery and productivity. You'll lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, coach teams across the business and embed a culture of operational excellence. What We Offer $90,000 - $100,000 salary Healthcare, Vision & Dental Insurance 401(k) and additional benefits Permanent full-time position Opportunity to shape Continuous Improvement strategy Career development within a growing manufacturing business Collaborative leadership environment The Role As our Lean CI Manager , you'll lead the deployment of Lean Six Sigma methodologies throughout the business, working closely with manufacturing and office-based teams to improve operational performance. You'll be responsible for leading high-impact Kaizen events, coaching leaders, implementing Lean tools at Gemba level and ensuring sustainable Continuous Improvement across multiple value streams. Key Responsibilities Lead deployment of our Lean Business System across manufacturing and transactional functions. Drive Hoshin Kanri strategy deployment and operational excellence initiatives. Act as a visible change leader on the shop floor (Gemba). Lead and facilitate Kaizen events delivering measurable business improvements. Coach and develop cross-functional teams in Lean principles. Implement and sustain Standard Work across production operations. Deploy Training Within Industry (TWI) programmes. Apply Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify improvement opportunities. Design and implement Pull systems and takt-based production flow. Lead DMAIC projects to reduce variation and improve performance. Use statistical analysis and data to drive decision making. Deliver Lean Six Sigma training across all levels of the business. Lead Continuous Improvement projects from concept through implementation. Develop governance, KPI reporting and project tracking. Build a culture of Continuous Improvement and problem solving throughout the organisation. About You We're looking for someone with: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or a related technical discipline. Six Sigma Green Belt as a minimum (Black Belt preferred). At least 10 years' hands-on Lean Six Sigma experience within manufacturing. Proven success delivering Lean, Six Sigma and DMAIC projects. Strong experience leading Kaizen events. Practical Gemba-based Continuous Improvement experience. Advanced knowledge of Lean tools including: Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Standard Work Pull Systems Hoshin Kanri TWI Takt Time Strong statistical and analytical problem-solving skills. Experience coaching production teams, managers and cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills. Willingness to travel as required.
