Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position. Inability to perform these responsibilities with or without an accommodation may result in disqualification from the position. Leadership and oversight of the decision support function, which includes financial and operational data mining, validation, analysis, and interpretation to provide timely, reliable, and actionable reports/KPI's/dashboards to support organization goals and process improvement initiatives. Responsible for management of Decision Support staff, providing guidance, direction, and support. Collaborates with leaders to understand the state of business in their specific areas, prepares reports on findings, and makes recommendations in alignment with strategic plans. Provides guidance and maintains guidelines for data governance practices. Physician Compensation Analysis as well as provider contract modeling and productivity reporting (wRVU, collections, etc.) Service Line Analysis; New program feasibility studies, proforma forecasts, and scenario modeling; Service line and payor-specific cost and profit margin analysis. Demonstrates advanced use of technology to support ad-hoc reporting and analysis, as well as database creation and maintenance. Process automation initiatives (through technology, process documentation, and training) Possess the ability to connect Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, Revenue Cycle, Human Resources in ways each individual department can comprehend. Act in accordance with the established mission, vision, and values. Abide by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI). Maintain effective communication and professional working relationships with patients/clients and their representatives, team members, contractors, physicians, peers, outside agencies, and the public.General Responsibilities:

Required Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in finance, business administration, information system, statistics, or other relevant field Five years of healthcare industry experience (finance, IT, revenue cycle, billing, coding, etc.) Required License/Certifications/Registrations nonePreferred Qualifications:
Preferred Education and Experience Master's degree Ten years of relevant experience Preferred License/Certifications/Registrations Industry recognized credentials / certificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Highly analytical and detail-oriented Exceptional problem-solving skills demonstrating independent, creative thinking and root cause analysis. Ability to simplify complex data analysis into concise and user-friendly reports for management. Effective communication and presentation skills, working with peers and all levels of the organization. Strong interpersonal skills required to build professional relationships across the organization. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Advanced expertise in Excel, Access, SQL, Power BI, EHR/EMR, and Report Writing preferred.Physical Requirements:
