Full-time Executive Housekeeper Job Description Job Summary:

The Executive Housekeeper oversees all housekeeping operations to ensure the hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role manages housekeeping staff, schedules, budgets, inventory, and quality control while coordinating with other hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily housekeeping operations including guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and linen services Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness and hotel standards are maintained Manage housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment inventory Coordinate with front office and maintenance departments regarding room status and repairs Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Monitor productivity and implement cost-control measures Develop cleaning procedures and operational standards Prepare reports related to housekeeping performance and staffing

Qualifications:

Several years of housekeeping, experience in hospitality, including supervisory experience Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and communication abilities Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and safety standards Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
