$25/hour Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to provide operational support, reporting, and administrative coordination to our sales team and leadership. In this role, you will leverage Power BI and CRM platforms to analyze complex sales data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate pipeline health, and deliver actionable insights that drive revenue growth and sales productivity. Working closely with sales representatives, account managers, and executive leadership, you will serve as a central operational liaison—coordinating sales meetings, driving process standardization, facilitating team communications, and managing departmental events.
Key Responsibilities Sales Analytics & Reporting:
Design, maintain, and deliver regular sales dashboards, pipeline reports, and performance metrics in Power BI to support forecasting, quota attainment tracking, and executive decision-making.
Operational & Administrative Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for sales reps and managers, assisting with daily workflow issues, CRM administration, schedule alignment, and departmental priorities.
Trend & Pipeline Analysis:
Analyze historical revenue data, deal volume, sales cycles, and growth trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and increased efficiency across the sales organization.
Meeting & Event Coordination:
Plan and execute logistics for sales meetings, training sessions, team-building activities, customer-facing events, and recognition programs—managing schedules, communications, materials, and attendee follow-ups.
Cross-Functional Communication:
Facilitate clear, timely communication between field sales teams and internal departments (Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations) to ensure alignment on business initiatives.
Process Standardization:
Identify gaps in reporting visibility or workflow routines, proposing continuous improvements to streamline tools and administrative tasks.
3+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales analytics.
Business Intelligence & Data Analysis:
Demonstrated proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel) to analyze sales data, build dashboards, and track metrics (e.g., pipeline stage, conversion rates, case volume, revenue attainment).
Sales Domain Knowledge:
Clear understanding of core sales terminology, quotas, forecasting models, and end-to-end sales lifecycle processes.
Organizational & Project Management Skills:
Exceptional time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities, manage event logistics, and meet tight deadlines with high accuracy.
Communication & Collaboration:
Professional written and verbal communication skills with a consultative approach to supporting sales reps and partnering with executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Practical experience working with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics). Prior experience coordinating mid-to-large-scale corporate events, sales kickoffs (SKO), or regional training programs. #
