We're looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to support performance and planning across a regional mining operation. Working closely with operations, finance, maintenance and site leadership, you'll analyse production data, operating costs and equipment performance to give management a clearer view of how sites are performing and where attention is needed. Your focus Analyse production volumes, operating costs and site performance Maintain weekly and monthly operational KPIs Review equipment utilization, downtime and productivity Investigate performance and cost variances Support production forecasting and workforce planning Develop management reports and dashboards Assist with annual budgets and operational planning Analyse maintenance and operational trends Improve the accuracy and consistency of site reporting Provide analysis for improvement projects and investment decisions The role involves working with information from multiple sites, so you'll regularly work with site managers and operational teams to understand the activity behind the numbers. Experience We're looking for established experience in operations analysis, business analysis, commercial analysis or a similar data-focused position. Advanced Excel skills are expected. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar reporting tools would be beneficial. Previous experience within mining, aggregates, heavy manufacturing, construction materials or another industrial environment would be particularly relevant. This is a senior individual contributor role suited to an analyst who can provide clear, accurate information that supports operational and commercial decisions.

Pay:

$117,000.00 - $121,000.00 per year
