Senior Process Engineer The CCS Companies - 3.6 Norwood, MA Job Details Full-time $70,000 - $97,000 a year 8 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Full Job Description The Senior Process Engineer will develop, oversee and maintain high profile projects and workflows. This individual will serve as an intermediary between the Executive, Business, Operation and Process Engineering Departments with regard to the organization's business strategies and implementations. The Senior Process Engineer will also act as a subject matter expert applying their advanced collection application knowledge to achieve continual improvements and problem-solving throughout the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develops and documents account and data flows, using collection application tools that meet the minimum requirements established by CCS management or client expectations. Acts as a Team Lead by providing guidance, support and training to other members of the Process Engineering Department. Monitors and maintains data and account flows through reporting, analysis and auditing to confirm processes are efficient and effective. Reviews the work of peers to identify fundamental errors or areas for improvement. Works with team members to trouble shoot process and application non-conformances. Creates and maintains comprehensive management and client reporting as defined by CCS management or client requirements. Develops and maintains departmental standard operating procedures. Provides accurate and timely logging of work in Synergy. Communicates with internal and external contacts in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Contributes to the department's operational excellence and deliver quality services in accordance with applicable procedures, policies and professional standards. Ability to maintain a consistent and regular attendance in accordance with an established schedule. Ability to work onsite/in-office and in accordance with CCS and department policies and procedures. 3-5 years as a Process Engineer or equivalent experience in a related field. Advanced knowledge of FACs and/or Artiva. Identifies and resolves critical issues with ease. Ability to foresee risks on projects and the dexterity to produce solutions. Understands business analysis principles, processes and techniques. Ability to work independently and with a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proven communication and analytical skills. Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word and text editors. Demonstrates the ability to apply mathematical logic. Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of the organization.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED required. Associates or bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combined experience as a Process Engineer, or equivalent professional work experience).
