Job Description
Operations Support, Management Analyst
Position title :
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Operations Support, Management AnalystLocation :
Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MDClearance required :SECRETScope:
Provide operations and management analysis for the RTI Business & Operations Group, including records management, export control, international activities, and process improvement.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Support the organization's Records Management Program, including record inventories and standardized file plans.
- Support export control policy development and recommendations on technology exportability.
- Support international visits, meetings, and agreements, including drafting and staffing international agreements.
- Support onboarding, awards packages, outreach, and SharePoint/records administration. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical field (E2 Analyst, Management I).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis (E2 Analyst, Management I).
- Active Secret clearance.
- Demonstrated operations, records, or management-analysis experience in a government environment.
- 5 years of protocol experience for senior military/civilian leadership support w applicable.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with DoD records management, export control, or international agreements.
- Prior DEVCOM C5ISR or ACC-APG support.
