Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or 6 years equivalent work experience 2+ years of demonstrated success in financial or business operations field Demonstrate general market knowledge about stocks, bonds, options, derivatives, etc. Strong decision making, problem solving, and communication skills, both written and oral Self-motivated and proactive team player with the ability to work well under pressure Highly organized and detail oriented Ability to work independently and on several assignments simultaneously Proficiency with MS Office applications•Word, Excel, and Outlook Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics General market knowledge on impact of corporate actions, dividend payments, interest payments and adjustments to cost basis General knowledge on security characteristics and market dynamics, and how these factors impact reconciliation Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows, including automation, data analysis, and improving efficiency in operational processes Experience with SS&C Advent's APX accounting platform Experience with FIS XSPrisa for corporate actions Experience with Bloomberg Terminal Familiarity with IRS cost basis requirements Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization (e.g., H-1B , O-1, F-1 (OPT), TN, or any other non-immigrant visa classifications that require employer support or sponsorship)MD Salary:
$75- 85k.
