Precise Systems seeks a Operations Security Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer . Duties will include, but are not limited to:- Assist with day-to-day operations
- Screen and distribute all correspondence
- Maintain the Program Office Awards Master List and associated nomination criteria, updating the list on a regular basis to remain current
- Prepare and maintain a COOP and emergency procedures desk cards and forward to the Government for review and approval
- Prepare and update floor plans, organization charts, and seating charts. Manage the coordination for facility work to include environmental issues, HVAC, emergency and repair calls, and DRMO processes
- Develop and maintain contact lists and respond to muster drills
- Review and provide recommendations regarding program documentation
- Prepare documentation required for program reviews and briefs such as APORs, ERB briefs and ESB briefs
- Develop, prepare and consolidate input and coordinate the production of professional quality copies for program and executive level briefs and presentations presented by the PM, DPM or IPT to various audiences, including, but not limited to PEO(U&W), NAVAIR Commander, Assistant Secretary of ASN(RD&A), OUSD, and the fleet
- Design and develop complex 2D and 3D graphics and animation from script and storyboards, photographs and video utilizing COTS software programs, and edit (linear and non-linear) video productions in applications such as QuickTime format
- Provide conference room support, including supporting the set up and operation of audiovisuals, VTC and teleconferencing; and DCO meetings setup
- Serve as point of contact for facility inquiries and coordination with NAVAIR facilities
- Process APACS, passports and visa requests for Government personnel
- Develop and process ISOPREP packages for Government personnel
- Maintain and update organizational charts
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for all events/activities
- Develop and maintain SPO site. This support shall include uploading biographies, briefs and program documentation
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for incoming and outgoing team personnel.
Required Education:
- BA/BS degree.
Allowable Substitution:
- Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree . OR
- Four (4) years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree .
Required Experience:
- Three (3) to Ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Desired Experience:
- Experience with DTS
- Experience with NAVAIR Correspondence Manual
- Experience with DISS This role requires in-person support Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
